Alzheimer's Disease in Thailand
Adistem Technology and Global Stem Cell Network have started a clinical trial involving 30 patients with Alzheimer's disease in Thailand. So far, the results are amazing. The patients have shown to have better memory recall after 90 days of treatment. Erratic mood swings that are usually manifested through the patients' behavior have also improved. Generally, patients have shown to have more confidence in themselves and have a positive outlook.
There is also steady progress regarding the patients' locomotor skills and muscle strength that can only be credited to stem cell treatment. It is most visible in the improvement of the patients' joints to bend and close, especially in their fingers, making them more dexterous and flexible.
